Biography

A Certified Finance Professional with over 20 years Industry and research experience across a spectrum of roles from general finance management to research & teaching, business data analysis, and Consulting.

17+ years’ experience in mentorship, teaching, research & student supervision across both graduate and undergraduate programs- Makerere University (Uganda), ISBAT University (Uganda), Oxford Brookes University as a Research Mentor (UK), RoZetta Institute (formerly CMCRC) as research scholar & La Trobe University (Melbourne- Australia) as a PhD Student.

Experience working with big data (from the US and APAC mainly), incorporating various disciplines across finance (financial markets data from CRSP, TRTH, WRDS, ICI, Sirca & Morningstar), demographic data (from the US Census Bureau, UN world Population prospects database, Various US branch data bases), and health-related data (prescription drugs data from the CDC, Sirca, & other publicly available data sources) with experience using data analysis programs like STATA & Alice with a working knowledge of Python & Sas.
