Biography

Dr. Christopher Alioni is a Lecturer in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Makerere University’s School of Business. He holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Transportation and Logistics from Chonnam National University, South Korea, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University. With over a decade of experience in higher education, he teaches and researches in the areas of public procurement, logistics management, public-private partnerships, operations management, contract management, and fleet management. Dr. Alioni is committed to advancing professional practice, research, and capacity building in procurement and supply chain management. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), UK.
