Makerere University Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at the School of Business, College of Business and Management Sciences has organized a Graduate Students’ Entrepreneurship Breakfast Pitch event under the theme “Rethinking Entrepreneurship”. This gives students a platform to present their projects. The projects are evaluated on the basis of ability to solve real-life problems and scalability. The goal of the Graduate Breakfast meeting is to promote the critical intellectual dispositions and build capacity for independent thinking and analysis of global issues. The public pitching event is aimed to:

1. Enhance students’ knowledge and capability in project design and implementation;
2. Improve research skills; and
3. To build networks and exposure.

The pitch will take place on Saturday, 9^th April, 2022 at Protea Hotel from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. About 130 students will pitch their innovative societal oriented projects to academia, government, members of Parliament, development partners, civil society and private sector.  Different stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem were invited, on the account of the role their organization plays in the development of our country
