Office of the College Registrar

The College Registry assists the Deputy Principal in Administration and organization of all academic matters in the College including Admissions, undergraduate Studies, Postgraduate Studies, Examinations, Research and Publications.

In summary, the generic functions of the Registry include the following;

  • Coordination of Admissions of new students
  • Registration of students
  • Teaching timetable
  • Examination timetable
  • Examinations
  • Coordination of Graduate Research training
  • Research and publications
  • Preparing Candidates lists for graduation ceremonies
  • Issuing Testimonials, Transcripts/Certificates
  • Custody and interpretation of Senate policies
  • Follow up of Senate decisions
  • Secretariat to several college Committees

The College Registrar provides all information, documents and guidance to students, Please familiarize yourself with all academic requirements set forth in the courses, All University Policies which applies to you and your program of study. The Office of the Registrar also provides documents related to registration, examinations, and complaints. For a complete list of academic policies, please refer to the Academic Policies section of this web site. Failure to meet requirements or comply with regulations because of lack of knowledge does not waive their applicability to you.
